The right candidate enjoys working with numbers staying organized and making sure the details are right the first are looking for a lifer someone who gets us and wants to grow with us long-term Were collaborative supportive and passionate about what we do and were looking for a teammate who enjoys keeping financial processes running smoothly behind the you are looking for a role where accuracy organization and teamwork make a real difference in day-to-day operations were ready to talk to you!About the Job:Vista Radio has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk based in Courtenay youll doManage a high-volume accounts payable inbox and enter vendor invoices into the ERP systemMaintain accurate payment journals and documentation to support audit readinessProvide administrative and transactional support across the Finance departmentSupport day-to-day finance activities including vendor record maintenance accounts payable aging and general accounting tasksProcess financial transactions and data entry within the accounting system ensuring accuracy and timelinessAssist with billing support and account reconciliations as assignedProvide administrative support related to payroll including timesheet coordination and data preparationPrepare reports and data summaries to support Finance operations using strong Excel skillsMonitor shared Finance inboxes and respond to routine requests escalating issues as neededMaintain organized financial records and documentationProvide backup support for Finance team members during vacations leaves or peak periodsOther finance-related administrative duties as assignedWhat you BringMinimum two (2) years of experience in accounts payable accounting support or a related finance roleExperience working with accounting systems is required; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an assetStrong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with vendors and internal departmentsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the Finance teamAbility to handle financial information with professionalism and discretionLegally eligible to work in CanadaScheduleMonday to Friday 40 hours per week with some flexibility based on individual and operational needsSalary Range$45000 to $55000 based on experienceVista Radios Vault of BenefitsAt Vista Radio were more than just a workplace were a community of passionate people making a difference through local storytelling music and meaningful connections.
