As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support store operations, lead the team on the floor, and help drive performance safety, service, and results. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep things running smoothly, while building a strong, motivated team. Support daily store operations, ensuring safety, service quality, and efficiency

Lead and coach team members, including training, scheduling, and performance support

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing team members

Manage inventory, cash handling, and basic financial reporting

Support execution of store plans, targets, and operational priorities

Step in at the front counter as needed to support customer service

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or service environment preferred)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support, and hold people accountable
• Comfortable balancing hands-on work with team leadership
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with both team and customers
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities

Ongoing training and development, including internal mobility and certification programs
