Local Advsior - Bilingual (FR/EN)

From the comfort of your own home, you’ll help our clients plan their trips across Canada and the United States. Answering questions by phone, email, and chat, advising travelers, and helping them create a road trip that truly reflects their interests will all be part of your day-to-day!

You’ll have the opportunity to assist travelers from all over the world in creating a custom road trip tailored to their interests, preferences, and travel style.

You’ll also be responsible for booking the various travel services , reviewing travel documents, and assisting our clients before, during, and after their trip .

Since you’ll interact daily with both French- and English-speaking clients , a good command of both French and English, spoken and written, is essential for this position.

Requirements and Skills

Education: Completed DEC or AEC
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is bilingual in French and English , both spoken and written

• Has experience in sales and customer service

• Has excellent knowledge of Canada and the United States

• Is able to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail

• Works effectively under tight deadlines and pressure

• Has a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

Salary: $42,000 to $44,000 depending on experience + commissions ranging from $1,000 to $8,000
