Inside sales representative role selling laboratory supplies and scientific products to assigned customers across multiple market segments. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing territory accounts, developing consultative sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Present VWR solutions to customers in assigned market segments and manage assigned territory accounts
- Prospect and acquire new customers by building sales pipelines and delivering value-focused proposals
- Adopt consultative sales approach: assess customer needs and recommend appropriate VWR solutions
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic business plans and implement growth-oriented strategies
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3–5 years complex B2B sales experience with multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Experience in distribution; scientific background or laboratory/research experience preferred
- Proficiency with SAP C4C and Qliksense platforms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage independently and organize territory effectively
