Job Title: Line Leader
Location: Belleville, Ontario
Pay Rate: $19 to $29.40 (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Leader to support our Co-Pack Department in Belleville, Ontario . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership in an efficient manner that will meet and exceed customer requirements
• Ensure that products are produced to quality standards
• Ensure that employees on the line adhere with all company rules and safe practices
• Organize and instruct team members on assigned lines and provide training as required
• Ensure all machinery is running properly and advise Maintenance immediately when problems arise
• Record production data as required
• Keep the work area neat and clean, and ensure on-line scrap is recorded
• Perform tasks following the SOPs
• Correct performance issues identified and actively participate in team meetings and/or other committees as available
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Line Leader
• Effective communication skills - Verbal, listening, reading comprehension skills
• Basic computer knowledge is required - Must be able to verify, organize and manage records electronically
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
• Must have basic mathematical skills
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
