Summary

McKesson Canada is seeking a Sr. Salesforce CRM Development Lead to provide hands‑on technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions. This role focuses on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions while supporting broader CRM capabilities across Experience Cloud and Field Service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate developers to deliver high‑quality solutions across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Provide hands‑on leadership in solution design, development, and implementation
• Review and approve solution designs and code to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Establish and enforce development standards, architecture patterns, and integration approaches
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver integrated CRM solutions
• Manage technical delivery execution including timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and quality standards
• Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams

CRM Platform Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Support Experience Cloud solutions (customer and partner portals)
• Contribute to delivery and integration of Field Service capabilities
• Guide integration of CRM platforms with enterprise systems and downstream applications

What You Bring

• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven experience leading development efforts and delivering complex CRM solutions
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and CRM data models
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with business, product, and architecture teams
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring and coaching developers

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience

Preferable Skills & Experience

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise systems
• Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
• Experience with Agentforce or AI‑driven Salesforce capabilities

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$99,100 – $132,100
