In this senior role, you will lead the analysis, design, and development of application systems, emphasizing scalable solutions and technical excellence. Your responsibilities include mentoring technical teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and innovating within Citi's technology framework, all while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead application design and architecture using Java
- Coach developers through mentoring and code reviews
- Relay project updates to both technical and non-technical teams
- Develop reusable components following industry standards
- Ensure high-quality, high-performance application delivery
- 8+ years in Java development
- Experience with real-time microservices and APIs
- Solid knowledge of ReactJS and relevant web technologies
- Background with messaging middleware systems
- Strong grasp of software design patterns and algorithms
