Zurich Canada is currently looking for a Multinational Services Manager to provide leadership in managing all servicing and operation activities, as well and related support, for our Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit. In this role, the Multinational Services Manager will liaise with internal & external stakeholders as well as with colleagues around the globe to manage all operational & servicing activities or aspects associated with the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience.

Zurich follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in-person presence, which may include time in the office or market-facing engagements.

What you will do

•    Directly responsible for attainment of service goals, including the achievement of production timeliness and quality standards for all supported areas. 
•    Direct responsibility for a team of Multinational Service Specialists who are responsible for all Multinational Business Servicing and Compliance
•    Manages established performance metrics, prepares and manages within operational budgets, and responds to changing requirements 
•    Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset 
•    Manage relationships with business partners, creating a positive, collaborative and customer-led team environment.
•    Build and maintain strong broker relationships and act as a key operational contact for Multinational servicing. 
•    Deliver external broker trainings and presentations to support understanding of Zurich’s Multinational capabilities and servicing approach.
•    Ensures compliance with all organizational standards and guidelines. 
•    Is responsible for managing others, including staffing, recruiting, performance management, coaching / counseling, staff development, training & leadership.
•    Plans and executes strategic vision. 
•    Develops and maintains strong, positive Business Unit relationships. Troubleshoots problem areas; resolves problems

Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table

Required: 

•    Bachelors Degree, and 5 or more years of experience in the Underwriting area

OR 

•    High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Underwriting area

AND

•    Ability to travel for business
•    Valid Driver's License

Preferred:

•    Experience in a Multinational Insurance environment 

At Zurich Canada, we are committed to pay equity. We determine compensation based on objective criteria such as skills, experience, and internal equity. The salary range for this position is 81,000 – 131,000. This range reflects the expected pay for the role across Canada and may vary depending on factors like office location, specific responsibilities, and individual qualifications. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable compensation range, but starting salaries may exceed this range based on a candidate’s skills and experience.
