As a ServiceNow Developer in Financial Services Operations, you'll play a key role in automating and enhancing demand management workflows. In this position, you are expected to design and configure solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module, collaborating closely with product teams and analysts to create tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing workflows and scripts while ensuring the quality of code and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and configure solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module
• Collaborate with teams to understand needs and propose solutions
• Develop and optimize workflows, scripts, and automations
• Integrate ServiceNow FSO with other systems via APIs
• Ensure code quality and maintain technical documentation Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficient in JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow tools
• CSA/CAD ServiceNow certification is a plus
