Market Development & Customer Success Specialist

Denson Commercial Food Equipment is seeking an outgoing and relationship-focused individual to help grow our presence throughout Saskatoon and Northern Saskatchewan.

This is not a traditional sales role. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships, visiting customers, identifying opportunities, gathering market intelligence, and representing the Denson brand in the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities:

- Visit existing and prospective customers
- Build relationships with operators, managers, and decision-makers
- Identify equipment, supply, renovation, and expansion opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and market information
- Re-engage inactive accounts
- Monitor local business and construction activity
- Document and communicate opportunities to the Denson team
- Support customer retention and business development efforts

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional and customer-focused
- Valid driver's licence
- Customer service, hospitality, business development, or sales experience is an asset
- Foodservice industry experience is beneficial but not required
