Job Responsibility: About Us: We are an active real estate investment/wholesaling company buying off-market properties in Ontario. We generate a consistent flow of motivated seller leads through our own marketing funnel and need a skilled professional to underwrite deals and negotiate contracts. Role: -Analyze properties (ARV, repair costs, max allowable offer). -Negotiate directly with motivated sellers to secure contracts well below market value. -Prepare clean files and hand off locked deals for disposition. -Keep all activity logged and updated inside our CRM. Compensation: -7% of the gross assignment fee per closed deal. -Paid once the assignment closes and funds are received in full. Requirements: -Proven experience underwriting and locking up off-market properties (wholesale / investment). -Strong negotiation skills with distressed sellers. Ability to accurately evaluate ARV and repair costs. -Self-managed, fast responder, and CRM-disciplined. -Ontario market knowledge preferred.
