Senior Solution Developer, Power Platform & D365

Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as Senior Solutions Developer, Power Platform & D365, by driving stability in our solutions. As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients in the adoption of the Microsoft D365/Power Platform (D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI). As a member of our Client Delivery Team, you will be developing enterprise grade solutions that help both commercial and government enterprises improve business results through modernization of processes, applications, and approaches to real-world business problems. Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and develop various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365 and Power Platform.
• Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets.
• Complete project tasks within budget and to client satisfaction.
• Communicate architecture and design with clients, up to CTO/CIO level.
• Identify assignment conflicts or issues and communicate to Engagement Manager.
• Contribute to practice growth and development by identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Assist in the development of client proposals.
• Participate in practice initiatives (i.e. functional/technical analysis, documentation, etc.).
• Promote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry.
• Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions.
• Network in the local business community and consider business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes.
• Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and addressing performance issues promptly.
• Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness.
• Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews.
• Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledge.

Skills And Experience

• Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with three (3) to five (5) years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Grants management, License management, or case management solution implementation experience.
• Hands‑on experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio.
• Experience in Microsoft Contact Center (CCAS) an asset.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights, or Marketing modules an asset.
• Deep knowledge in Agile Scrum Software Development Life Cycle.
• Deep understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, development of architectural/high level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns.
• Proven experience in designing complex integration of multiple systems.
• Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership.
• Proven experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (Java, C, C++, C#, Objective C, SQL Server, etc.) is an asset.
• Ability to run code reviews and enforce coding best practices is an asset.
• Ability to travel throughout Canada up to 20% if needed.
