Responsibilities
Lead the Business Analysis activities—collaborating closely with BAs, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and external partners—across both strategic portfolios

Qualifications
Top Skills: 1) Core BA Frameworks and Methodology: Strong mastery of end-to-end business analysis principles, requirement elicitation, process mapping, and traceability across complex enterprise projects. 2) Adaptability and High Ownership: High drive and accountability to manage dual priorities, adapt quickly as external specs evolve, and independently drive deliverables to completion in a fast-paced environment. 3)Technical and Data Integration: Proven experience documenting complex data flows, system integrations/APIs (e.g., platform integrations like SBA Express), and translating external partner/Crown corporation specifications into actionable technical requirements.
