Job Responsibility:
Position Overview: Development of builders and sliding hardware sales with the Interior Door Manufacturer and Trimmers market in Ontario. More specifically, your main tasks will be: - Leverage existing relationships with door manufacturers and trimmers in the GTA to drive Onward Builders and Sliding door programs.
- Work collaboratively with Ontario sales Reps assisting in the expansion of Onward Builders hardware and sliding door programs.
- Manage and develop business with assigned customers.
- Work closely with the Product Management team feeding market intelligence needed for the development of current and new product programs.
Requirements: - University Degree
- Minimum 10 years experience selling door hardware
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with AS400 would be an asset
Qualifications: - Proven experience in the door hardware market
- Strong communication (written and oral)
- Team player and a highly skilled collaborator
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to create business relationships
