Marketing Coordinator

We are an importer, distributor, and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products.Our customers – Over 120,000 customers in North America: manufacturers of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, storage and closets, residential and office furniture, residential and commercial woodworking, as well as hardware retailers including large renovation centers.Our team – 3,000 people, of which nearly half are dedicated to sales and marketing and over 50% are Richelieu shareholders.Richelieu Hardware is looking for a M arketing Coordinator for our Onward division located in Kitchener, ON. More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to :

• Develop, Create, and Produce various marketing materials, included but not limited to brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.
• Maintain corporate website database, as well as post new products, photos, and product launch announcements.
• Create effective planograms that maximize space, and SKU listings that can be developed in effective sales tools and utilized by customers.
• Update, Maintain, and create new corporate product line catalogues, and brochures.
• Work closely with Product Management Team, as well as other key stakeholders to set up new products.
• Establish relationships with key printing partners to solicit quotes and ordering of required materials.
• Conduct marketing research pertaining to customers, products, categories, and industries to assist in creating executable marketing plans.
• Conceptualize, Develop, and Create packaging that conforms to corporate branding requirements, as well as offers an attractive way of catching the consumers attention.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to support in major line reviews.

Requirements :

• Strong working knowledge of the full suite of Adobe Products (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge Microsoft Office Program (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Previous Experience as a Marketing Coordinator or related field an asset
• Self-Starter, and able to work in a fast-paced environment essential.
• French Language Speaking would be a definite asset.
