- Establish metadata standards and governance controls
- Oversee data cataloging and classification activities
- Lead investigations into data quality issues and resolutions
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks
- Mentor and grow a team of governance specialists
- University degree in a related field
- 7+ years in data governance, metadata, and quality
- Hands-on experience with Informatica and data platforms
- Proven success in stakeholder influence and communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
