Key Responsibilities:
• Execute McMaster’s Strategic Nuclear Plan effectively
• Monitor compliance with nuclear safety standards
• Direct risk management and safety protocols
• Build strategic partnerships for nuclear projects
• Optimize service delivery across nuclear operations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering or related field
• At least 15 years in nuclear industry, with 7 in senior positions
• Strong grasp of nuclear regulations and safety
• Proven compliance and risk management skills
• Additional nuclear safety qualifications preferred
