Coordinateur administratif (Services financiers – Licences/Contrats) Bilingue français et anglais

Résumé de la description du poste

Fournir un soutien administratif à une équipe de vente nationale qui distribue des produits de services financiers. Gérer principalement la formation, la correspondance et les tâches générales liées aux contrats, à l'octroi de licenses et aux services de terrain dans le domaine de la vente.

 

Responsabilités

  • Fournir un soutien administratif aux équipes de vente, au personnel interne et externe, ainsi qu'à la direction générale.
  • Mettre à jour les exigences en matière de licenses et de contrats avec précision et rapidité, dans les délais requis.
  • Répondre aux demandes des équipes de vente, du personnel interne et externe, ainsi que des organismes de réglementation.
  • Rédiger des courriers standard et non standard (p. ex., notes de service, lettres, rapports).
  • Lancer et participer à des projets d'amélioration des processus et des bases de données.
  • Envoyer des fax, photocopier, classer et numériser des documents.

 

Qualifications

  • Deux ans d'expérience dans un rôle de soutien administratif ou un poste similaire
  • Bilingue : anglais et français (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à établir des relations avec des contacts internes et externes
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique
  • Compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Souci du détail
  • Maîtrise avancée de MS Excel
  • Maîtrise de MS Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint

 

Compétences souhaitées

  • Expérience dans le secteur des services financiers
  • Formation postsecondaire
  • Certification CSC et/ou IFSE complété(s)
  • Maîtrise de la plateforme WinFund

Rémunération

Le salaire pour ce poste se situe généralement entre 50 000 $ et 53 000 $ par année . Veuillez noter que cette fourchette salariale constitue une estimation de bonne foi pour ce poste et que le salaire de départ réel est déterminé en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, notamment les qualifications, l'expérience, la région géographique, le lieu de travail (au bureau, hybride ou à distance) et les besoins opérationnels. Le salaire peut être supérieur ou inférieur aux montants indiqués, conformément aux lois applicables.

Job Description Summary

Provide administrative support to a national sales force distributing financial service products. Primarily handle education, correspondence and general tasks related to contracting, licensing, and sales field services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales field, internal and external staff, and senior management.
  • Update license and contracting requirements accurately and promptly within deadlines.
  • Respond to inquiries from sales field, internal and external staff, and regulatory bodies.
  • Draft standard and non-standard correspondence (e.g. memos, letters, reports).
  • Initiate and participate in process and database improvement projects.
  • Fax, photocopy, file and scan documents.

 

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in an administrative support or related role
  • Bilingual; English/French (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced skills using MS Excel
  • Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial services industry experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • CSC and/or IFSE course completion
  • WinFund Platform experience
