Location: Calgary(MST time zone)

Type: Contract

Rate: CAD 42 /hr to CAD 45 /hr

About the Role

We are looking to hire a high-performing Recruiter with experience in pharmacy and/or healthcare hiring to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in high-volume recruitment, headhunting, and passive sourcing. You will play a key role in supporting critical hiring needs across pharmacy and retail functions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume requisition load (up to 60 roles)
• Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting via , Indeed, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including university outreach
• Partner with Pharmacy Directors and hiring managers on hiring strategy and prioritization
• Lead weekly intake and prioritization discussions
• Support employer branding initiatives and hiring events
• Maintain job postings and manage workflows within ATS (Workday preferred)
• Deliver market insights, updates, and presentations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with HR and TA teams on ongoing recruitment initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in pharmacy or healthcare recruitment
• Strong headhunting and passive sourcing expertise
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring leade rs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience OR 3+ years in agency with strong sourcing background
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments
• Familiarity with Recruiter and Indeed
• Experience with Workday (asset)
• MST time zone candidates will be considered
