- Program Alignment: Align program activities with evolving gender-based violence initiatives and policy developments and monitor emerging trends to keep programming current and effective.
- Research, Analysis, & Reporting: Use available data and sector information to support program planning and preparation of reports for internal audiences, funders, and external partners to evaluate outcomes and inform ongoing program improvements.

- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working collaboratively with diverse partners, members, or community groups.
- Experience facilitating conversations, delivering presentations, training, or outreach initiatives.
- Knowledge of gender-based violence, trauma-informed practice, equity, and anti-oppressive approaches, including an understanding of the challenges faced by Indigenous, racialized, and 2SLGBTQI+
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and projects at once.

- Travel: Required across the province. A valid driver’s license is required, however, rental vehicles can be provided and paid for by the organization for work-related travel.
Compensation & Benefits

- Benefits: Immediate coverage with no waiting period on Extended Health, Dental, Life Insurance, and Employee Assistance Program

We encourage you to use your cover letter to share how your experiences have prepared you for this role.
Accessibility & Accommodations
Living our commitment to diversity and inclusion starts with how we hire. A Note on Criminal Record Checks
We recognize the systemic realities of over-policing and the criminalization of certain identities, so although the successful applicant will be required to provide a criminal record check for this role, the presence of a criminal record will not automatically disqualify you. We’ll conduct an individualized assessment, considering factors like relevance, context, and time elapsed.
