New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Job Responsibility:
If you are looking to have some fun in your next career move then automotive sales is for you. There is an opportunity to sell the new Ford lineup in a store that values customer relationships. It will be an exciting journey where you will build and maintain relationships with customers, provide product knowledge, assist in test drives and negotiate sales agreements. You will work with a dedicated tenured staff and will not regret your move to beautiful downtown Essex.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Identify customers' needs and preferences to provide appropriate vehicle options and packages
- Provide customers with detailed product knowledge and vehicle specifications
- Conduct test drives to showcase the features and performance of vehicles
- Communicate pricing and financing options to customers and negotiate sales agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and incentives
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth and seamless buying experience for customers
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers
- Basic understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and performance
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Familiar with digital tools and technologies
- Proficient in using technology to improve workflow
- Ability to work flexible hours
