SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled and versatile CNC Programmer/Operator to support our manufacturing operations and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of the SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies. This role is ideal for an individual with strong technical expertise in operating and programming multiple CNC machines, including roughing, hard milling, and electrode work, within a precision-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Manufacturing, the CNC Programmer/Operator plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all assigned machining processes. This position focuses on meeting or exceeding departmental goals and production objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

- Program and operate 3 axis CNC machines
- Understanding of In Process Inspection
- Understanding of proper inspection techniques
- Understanding of final inspection of machined items
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two to five (preferred) years CNC programming and machining experience
- Ability to program in Master Cam / Powermill
- Ability to operate Fanuc based CNC's
- Ability to ensure quality standards are met
- Interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
