Commercial Law Content Lawyer

Apply Commercial Law expertise and legal writing skills as a Content Lawyer, with flexible hours and home-based options across Canada.
At LexisNexis Legal & Professional, you will create and maintain practical content for Canadian legal professionals. The role combines Commercial Law knowledge, editing, legal trend monitoring, and collaboration with experienced professionals. You will also contribute to product development and legal innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and edit practice-related legal materials
- Ensure product materials remain current and relevant
- Monitor Commercial Law trends and legal developments
- Recruit and manage relationships with Canadian legal practitioners
- Support product development through demonstrations and training
Requirements:
- J.D. or LL.B. degree
- Active membership in a Canadian provincial or territorial bar
- Three or more years of Commercial Law practice experience
- Deep knowledge of Commercial Law and workflow
- In-House Counsel experience is an asset
