What You Get to Do (360° Desk)

• Drive B2B Growth: Prospect, cold call, and pitch temporary and direct-hire workforce solutions to industrial, manufacturing, and technical clients across the GTA.
• Build High-Value Partnerships: Develop deep relationships with plant managers, HR leaders, and operations directors via phone, video, social media, and in-person site visits.
• Source Licensed Trades: Screen, interview, and match high-demand skilled trades professionals (Electricians, Millwrights, Welders, CNC Machinists) to key client accounts.
• Close & Negotiate: Run full sales cycle negotiations on pricing and margins to ensure maximum return on high-quality solutions.
• Deliver Results: Consistently hit key performance metrics through a blend of tech-driven sourcing and a personal-touch approach.

What You Need to Bring

• Sales & Recruiting Experience: 1–3+ years of proven business development and recruitment experience (direct experience recruiting or selling within Skilled Trades / Industrial Staffing in the GTA is needed)
• Track Record of Success: A history of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Relentless Drive: Self-confidence, resilience, natural curiosity, and a passion for winning.
• Mobility & Presence: Ability to work in-office at least 2 days a week and access a reliable personal vehicle to visit client sites across the GTA (areas not always accessible by public transit).

Pay Rate: $ 55,000 - $ 105,000 Annually

The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
