Customer Service Representative

As a competitive leader, our business is always growing and evolving. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative, who will report directly to the National Inside Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day sales order input activities and supporting the inside sales team.

This is a fully remote role, with the expectation of occasional travel to a SureWerx office for meetings or team collaboration as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders through email, EDI, online and telephone which includes order details such as: price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims;
• Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary;
• Maintain and manage our order inbox View email address on canada.jobradars.com
• Contribute to the team by offering inside sales support by relaying appropriate information to the inside sales representative;
• Support upselling opportunities to our customer base
• File purchase orders daily, to ensure the company is following guidelines;
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes;
• Perform administrative and office duties such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.
• Provide coverage for West Coast hours on an as-needed basis, including last-minute schedule adjustments, flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills: Order processing with computer and database systems;
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy;
• Great time management skills;
• Ability to handle a high volume of order entry in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong ability to multi-task;
• Positive attitude and great sense of humor
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English;
• People-oriented with an ability to work with a wide range of personalities;
• Friendly telephone manner;
• Creative problem solving;
• Quick on your feet and a logical approach to problem solving;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Outstanding organizational skills.
