Notre client est une organisation de recherche contractuelle (CRO) spécialisée en dermatologie et en rhumatologie .
Depuis sa création en 2000, il s’est forgé une solide réputation grâce à la qualité de ses recherches et à des services qui dépassent les attentes de ses partenaires. Basé à Montréal, il poursuit sa croissance et son expansion en Amérique du Nord et en Europe.
Description du poste

- Vous aimez combiner la gestion de programmes cliniques et le management hiérarchique
Vos responsabilités
- Superviser un portefeuille ou un programme d’essais cliniques mondiaux, incluant des études multicentriques avec de forts enjeux budgétaires
- Encadrer et soutenir les chefs de projet assignés aux études (de projets à service unique à des projets complets multi-protocoles)
- Garantir la qualité, la conformité et le respect des échéanciers pour l’ensemble du portefeuille
- Être l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) auprès des clients et maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction
- Assurer la gestion des budgets, contrats, et prévisions financières des projets
- Participer au développement des propositions commerciales, présentations client et réunions de défense d’offres
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’optimisation de la performance et d’innovation opérationnelle
- Contribuer activement au coaching et à l’accompagnement des chefs de projet
- Possibilité de prendre en charge des responsabilités de gestion hiérarchique (line management)
Qualifications
- Minimum de 15 ans dans l’industrie, dont au moins 5 ans en CRO
- Minimum de 10 ans en gestion de projets cliniques (de la mise en place à la clôture, incluant la gestion des fournisseurs et des services fonctionnels)
- Expérience confirmée dans des essais de phase III multicentriques et multinationaux
- Expérience en gestion budgétaire, suivi financier, et reporting
- Solide expérience en supervision de projets, développement des affaires, et mentorat
- Expérience en gestion hiérarchique souhaitée
- Expérience en dermatologie ou en rhumatologie
Formation :
- Baccalauréat en sciences dans un domaine pertinent
- Maîtrise : atout
- Certification PMP ou PRINCE2 : atout
Compétences :
- Excellente connaissance des BPC (ICH-GCP), des exigences réglementaires de Santé Canada et de la FDA
- Leadership, autonomie, sens stratégique et excellentes capacités de communication
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral) ; le français est un atout
