About the Role

The Dental Software Implementation Specialist ensures a smooth onboarding experience for our customers by providing training.

While you will be based out of your home office, the role does require some travel.

Responsibilities

• Skilled at analyzing business processes and guiding customers to ensure a smooth transition to ClearDent’s systems
• Perform on-site training, remote training, and consultative services
• Create educational materialsand conduct webinars
• Build lasting relationships with ourcustomersto ensuresuccess
• Maintain accurate histories of customer contacts and training records in our CRM system
• Work with product management to improve software applications and services
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 2 years of dental practice management experience is required
• 1 year of t training experience or equivalent
• Experience with ClearDent software is required
• Independent worker
• Ability to train in a variety of settings and to a variety of experience levels
• Strong customer relationship-building skills
• Organization and accurate record-keeping are imperative in this role

Work Environment

• May work outside of regular business hours
