Description & Requirements We seek a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to strengthen our Global Expense Management (XM) Consulting Practice within Infor's Global Professional Services (GPS) organization. Infor consultants work with clients to implement Infor software and industry-standard processes to reduce costs, increase customer service, create frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency, and gain a referenceable account. The consultant in this position implements the Infor XM application (which contains expense reporting, travel plans, check requests, and timesheet modules) in a billable consulting role, which is crucial to the success of our projects. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Participate in full-life-cycle client-facing implementation projects related to the Infor XM application, working as part of an Infor Consulting project team.
• Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including developing functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Assist in the realization of business benefits for clients.
• Configure a client business solution that includes integrations with ERP systems in customer environments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise software implementation/services, preferably in end-user-facing applications.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience using Infor XM or similar Expense Management applications.
• Experience in software development and consulting, which may include project management, Web-based Java/J2EE applications, and technologies like Apache, Tomcat, JSP, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and HTML.
• Working knowledge of databases like Oracle and MS SQL, along with SQL scripting skills.
• Experience with Expense Management functionalities and business processes.
• Customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.
• Fully remote role with willingness to travel throughout North America - approximate 15-25% travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with business intelligence tools with a physical model (e.g., ETL, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Birst)
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to various levels of an organization.
• Have led small work teams on engagements, planning, organizing, and validating the work of other team members.
• Experience in forging a strong relationship with the customer and become a trusted advisor.
• Ability to present to all levels and lead a customer workshop, extracting the required information.
