Our Deals Tax team collaborates with the Deals practice to offer tax advice on various projects, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We seek a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit tax team within the Real Estate group.

What your days will look like:
- Actingasoveralldealarchitect-makingacalloncontent,toneandfocusofareport;taking responsibilityforsuccessfuldeliveryandmanagementofyourprojects.
- Workingwiththepartnersanddirectorstoidentifyopportunitiestobringinadditionalservicesand proactivelymanageprojectriskprofilewhenleadingproposalsandkickingoffnewpiecesof work.
- Settingthestandardforcoachingonprojects;taketimetogettoknowtheteamandtheir objectives;makeupskillingapriorityfortheteamwhereappropriate
- Investinginyourclientrelationshipsandkeyclientstakeholderstogettoknowyourclients’ businessconcernsandpriorities.
This role is for you if:
- YouhaveexperienceofworkingonRealEstateprojectsforkeyclientsoratrackrecordof advisingonUKcorporatetax
- Youhaveexperienceofleadingandcoachingothers
- Youhaveexperienceinbuildingandleveraginginternalandexternalrelationshipsandnetworks
- Youhavedevelopedcommunicationskills,forexample,innegotiatingwithandinfluencingothers
- You must possess Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification; (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
