Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) - 12-Month Contract

Cencora seeks a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) for a 12-month contract position in Calgary. The role involves delivering clinical services, coordinating care workflows, managing documentation, and collaborating with clinical and operational partners to support safe patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine to moderately complex clinical services supporting safe, accurate, compliant care coordination
• Coordinate with clinical, operational, reimbursement, and logistics partners to resolve exceptions
• Analyze patient and clinical information to identify risk signals and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate, complete, traceable records supporting quality controls and regulatory compliance
• Support process improvements and day-to-day team coordination through knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical practice, health sciences, or related field
• 4+ years nursing, clinical services, care coordination, or patient support experience
• Professional nursing license or registration in applicable jurisdiction
• Certification in clinical services, care coordination, or patient safety preferred
• Certification in case management, clinical documentation improvement, or healthcare quality preferred
