Associate Sales Representative Sage (12- month Contract)

What you will do

As an Associate Sales Representative you will promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.

• Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products customers and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share.
• Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas.
• Participate in hospital surveys product implementation and post-sales training ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Actively participate in national regional and local trade shows.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication management of delivery dates problem-solving through a consultative approach in-service training and coordination of product repairs.

What you need

Required:

• University Degree

• 1 years of experience

Preferred:

• Degree in nursing or other health-related disciplines
• 1 years of experience in Outside Sales
• 1 years of experience working in a hospital or other clinical setting

Additional Information:

• Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations

• Must have a valid drivers license

$65000 and may be eligible to earn variable commission benefits.
