Remote Outside Sales Representative at John Zink

Elevate your career as an Outside Technical Sales and Service Representative with John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, in Central and Eastern Canada. Leverage your technical expertise and customer relationships to maximize reliability and performance for clients. This remote position requires you to function as a technical advisor for refinery, petrochemical, and power customers. You will tap into your combustion knowledge to improve customer outcomes and drive growth. Engage proactively with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and create long-term value. Key Responsibilities:

Provide objective recommendations to improve customer outcomes
Maintain consistent presence through site visits and consultations
Support customer assets from commissioning to end-of-life
Lead turnaround planning and inspections to maximize value
Capture and communicate Voice of Customer insights for improvement

Requirements:

Experience with combustion or related technologies
Proven ability to build customer relationships
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
Legal authorization to work in Canada
