- Provide project coordination support across multiple tasks
- Track budgets and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with project schedule development and maintenance
- Draft meeting agendas and prepare client updates
- Coordinate field schedules, logistics, and safety planning
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-2+ years of consulting or environmental experience
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven situations
- Valid driver’s license required for travel support
