A day in the life
Your day begins with promptly handling phone calls and internet inquiries from potential and current customers. You skillfully schedule sales and service appointments, balancing customer needs with dealership capacity. Accurate and timely updates to the CRM system are routine. After customer visits, you follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaboration with sales and service teams ensures a seamless customer experience. Generating and managing leads through phone, email, and social media, you provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly. Continuous learning through training keeps you updated on industry trends and dealership processes, making each day dynamic and rewarding. What we look for... - Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driver's license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract is required.
