Financial Services Growth Partner

Empower new financial advisors to thrive in their careers as a Growth Partner at Sun Life. Your role will focus on recruitment, support, and strategy implementation to achieve success. As a Growth Partner, you will take on the critical task of recruiting and developing new advisors for Sun Life. You will lead them through their initial phases in the business by providing necessary training and ongoing coaching on various relevant topics. Collaborating with both the district and regional teams, you'll ensure that advisors effectively establish their practices while contributing positively to the overall team culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit new advisor candidates
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new advisors
- Develop skills in holistic business practices
- Monitor advisor performance against set metrics
- Create community-building events to enhance local presence
- Minimum 2 years' financial services experience
- Valid Life Insurance Agent’s license required
- Obtain Mutual Fund license within 90 days of hiring
- Prior sales team leadership experience preferred
- Familiar with Salesforce and financial planning software
