Connect customers, technicians, and parts teams. You will manage service scheduling and translate technical needs into clear, helpful customer updates. - Communicate Clearly: Act as the translator between the customer's problem, the technician's diagnostics, and the final work order.
- Organize the Shop: Schedule field calls, manage work orders, coordinate parts delivery, and keep the shop floor moving efficiently.
- Leverage Technical Curiosity: Use your mechanical inclination to understand equipment recommendations and explain them confidently.
