Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Role

Elevate your career with BMO Financial Group as a Marketing Cloud Journey Developer. Focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and optimize customer journeys and automations. This role requires 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. You'll be engaged in creating and implementing customer journeys, email templates, and automations while ensuring high-quality standards and compliance. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and data integration will be vital in driving impactful marketing campaigns. This consultative position collaborates with stakeholders to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Develop responsive HTML/CSS email templates with personalization
- Execute advanced QA processes and troubleshoot campaign issues
- Support stakeholders with best practices in journey design
- Evaluate new marketing technologies for better integration
- 4–6 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent
- Strong HTML, CSS, and AMPscript skills
- Experience with email QA tools like Litmus
- Proven ability to work consultatively in campaign strategy
- Knowledge of data integration with CDPs preferred
