What you will do

Lead the architecture, implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of core Salesforce applications and solutions for Munvo clients, including mentorship, documentation, and deployment best practices. Help customers improve their return on investment and time‑to‑value using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise‑level business solutions and lead team members in design, development, DevOps, and quality assurance on Salesforce projects.
• Design and deliver large cross‑cloud Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
• Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery of Salesforce projects: data model design, business logic, declarative & non‑declarative configuration, custom development, security design, integrations, and data migration.
• Develop & enforce technical direction, standards, and templates including blueprints, best practices, DevOps and documentation standards.
• Manage key technical client relationships across delivery programs.
• Lead audit and security checks of client instances.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow their technical skills on the core Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with clients and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them to technical designs.
• Support pre‑sales activities: working with prospects, creating high‑level designs, driving effort estimations, and supporting proposals and client presentations.
• Stay informed of the latest Salesforce product releases and share knowledge.
• Continuously seek ways to improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on Salesforce design and development across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data, and Industry Clouds).
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and development across declarative configurations, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, and APIs.
• Expertise in Salesforce data model design and key design trade‑offs.
• Expertise in Salesforce development standards, best practices, DevOps, testing, and release strategies.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, integration to third‑party systems, data management strategies, and data migration processes.
• Expertise in Salesforce security design and configurations.
• Expertise in leading complex cross‑cloud Salesforce engagements.
• Experience supporting enterprise architecture discussions beyond Salesforce.
• Ability to bridge gaps between business and technical audiences.
• Current Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, B2B Solution Architect, or B2C Solution Architect certification.
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and documentation of Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Experience building automation using Flows.
• Expert‑level knowledge of the Salesforce object model with SOQL and SOSL.
• History of building web‑based user interfaces, understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System, Lightning Components.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous people‑management experience with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for internal/external purposes.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Preferred

• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Experience with Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Loyalty Management.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party applications such as ERPs.
• Experience with AngularJS and/or jQuery.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience deploying applications to the Salesforce AppExchange.
