We're looking for a Marketing Manager / Coordinator to assist executing marketing operations across acquisition, community, and CRM.

You'll work directly with leadership to bring our GTM strategy to life — managing vendor relationships, running campaigns across ad networks and influencer channels, and building the engine that drives player value.

This execution heavy role suited to someone who wants to start their career in betting and understands the unique opportunities the industry offers.

What You'll Do:

• Own multi-channel acquisition execution — manage campaigns across ad networks, programmatic buys, SEO initiatives, and paid social

• Manage influencer & streamer partnerships — identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with Kick, Twitch, Telegram, and X creators

• Build and run community channels — grow and moderate Telegram, Discord, and X communities with a focus on retention and VIP engagement

• Execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns — coordinate promotional calendars, rakeback mechanics, and retention offers in partnership with the CRM/loyalty function

• Manage the affiliate program — support affiliate tracking setup, partner onboarding, commission structuring, and performance reporting

• Oversee vendor and media buying relationships — track spend, performance, and ROI across all media vendors using shared reporting tools

• Support brand and content development — coordinate landing pages, creative assets, and messaging across different traffic types and funnels

• Report on KPIs — monitor CAC, LTV, FTD volume, and channel-level ROI; flag issues and opportunities against budget and growth targets

What You Bring

• 2–6 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing structures and tracking platforms
• Experience running or managing paid acquisition
• Familiarity with marketing channels: Telegram, Discord, X, and streamer/influencer partnership models
• Strong grasp of core marketing metrics — CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention/rakeback economics
• Excellent project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple vendors, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in Excel/Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
