Customer Care Specialist

Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine

As a Customer Care Specialist you are responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media. This role requires a blend of empathy, technical troubleshooting, and efficient problem-solving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, identifying the root cause and providing accurate solutions.
  • Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of company services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Escalation: Identify complex issues that require specialized attention and route them to the appropriate department (e.g., technical support or billing).
  • Proactive Engagement: Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and navigating digital platforms or tools.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and share customer insights with the product and marketing teams to help improve the overall user experience.
