Inpatient Surgical Services Manager

Lead inpatient surgical services through evidence-informed care, operational direction, and patient-centered leadership at Windsor Regional Hospital. Guide nursing and interprofessional teams.The Manager oversees assigned inpatient surgical units and their overall performance. This leadership position supports safe, high-quality care while coordinating services, monitoring outcomes, and advancing continuous learning. It also provides strategic and operational direction across patient care activities.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee patient care and services across assigned inpatient surgical unitsCoordinate care with managers, physicians, providers, and Patient Care TeamsDevelop systems monitoring operations, goals, and patient care outcomesManage staff scheduling, payroll, and program operational budgetsImplement quality improvement initiatives and corporate projectsRequirements:
Minimum five years clinical experience preferredMinimum two years management or leadership experience requiredCurrent registration with applicable College or Association requiredBachelor’s Degree in Nursing or another health-related field requiredMaster’s Degree preferred;
French proficiency considered an assetApply nursing leadership, operational management, and quality improvement expertise to inpatient surgical services at Windsor Regional Hospital.
