Regional Positioning Technology Service Manager

Lead Positioning Technology service operations in Brampton with responsibility for customer support, repair services, and technician workflow management. Brandt seeks a Regional Service Manager to oversee daily delivery across the department.This full-time position manages after-market Machine Guidance and Geo Positioning products. You will direct foremen, service writers, bench technicians, and field technicians while coordinating service, parts, sales, and customer requirements. The work includes operational, financial, employee, and safety oversight.Key Responsibilities:
Manage service workflow, scheduling, assignments, completion, and quoted costsCoordinate technicians, parts, sales, inventory, and service deliveryResolve customer complaints and support customer work ordersDevelop budgets and monitor monthly department performanceRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate service personnelRequirements:
Knowledge and skill operating an equipment dealershipFive to seven years of progressive combined service, management, and business experienceThree years of management or supervisory experience in relevant industriesStrong customer service, communication, judgment, and critical thinking skillsAbility to travel and troubleshoot customer issues onsiteBring service leadership, technical problem solving, and customer focus to Brandt’s Positioning Technology operations in Brampton.
