Technology risk governance expertise meets cyber risk oversight in Toronto at RBC, supporting consistent controls, metrics, and regulatory readiness. Collaborate across distributed risk communities.As a Manager supporting Technology Risk Governance, you will help execute Global IT Risk’s Technology and Cyber Risk Management practices. The work includes stakeholder management, governance forums, issue prioritization, and control implementation. You will also support process improvements and transparent reporting across regions, entities, and business lines.Key Responsibilities:
Develop governance forums, charters, and escalation protocols with stakeholdersPartner with senior stakeholders on governance-related inquiriesSupport risk issue identification, prioritization, and remediation visibilityHelp implement consistent controls across technology and cyber domainsMaintain key performance metrics and transparent reportingRequirements:
University degree or equivalent;
CRISC, CISSP, or PMP designationThree to five years of IT Risk Management experienceKnowledge of risk and control management across IT domainsStakeholder management, collaboration, and organizational change experienceStrong communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsSupport RBC’s technology risk governance through stakeholder collaboration, control consistency, issue prioritization, and clear metrics in Toronto.
