Client Care Advisor – Private Banking
Location: Vancouver Private Banking Office (on‑site 5 days a week).
Job Summary
As a key member of the Private Banking team, the Client Care Advisor creates a tailored and memorable welcome experience for clients. The role is focused on delivering high‑level service, supporting the Black Card Experience, and championing digital engagement.
What will you do?
- Provide everyday banking expertise to deliver the Black Card Experience through service, transaction excellence, digital education, and opportunity spotting.
- Serve as part of the Private Banking Support team, handling incoming service requests in person, via email, and over the phone.
- Apply professional hospitality standards and client communication across email, phone, and in‑person interactions.
- Manage conference‑room booking, stationery, and display of marketing materials.
- Manage Private Banking Centre traffic and report sales/service opportunities to management.
- Resolve client concerns at first point of contact in a highly professional, timely, and accurate manner.
- Maximize the use of technology to enable clients to engage with RBC through their preferred digital channel.
What do you need to succeed?
Must‑have
- 1–2 years of banking experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven client‑service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Nice‑to‑have
- Post‑secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration.

Additional Details
Work hours: 37.5 hours per week. Full‑time employment. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
