Senior Real Estate Manager at Soul Restaurants

Take charge as Senior Manager of Real Estate with Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. in Toronto, Ontario. Oversee acquisitions and developments for iconic brands like KFC and Starbucks. - Manage lease data and ensure audit readiness
- Oversee property administration and invoicing processes
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts

- Collaborate with teams to execute capital projects
- Minimum 5 years in real estate development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of leasing and property management
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel
