You’ll collaborate with approximately 1,500 developers on over 40 million lines of code while driving improvements through AI-assisted engineering solutions. Your expertise will ensure operational reliability and transform feedback into actionable platform enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance backend services and developer tools
- Design reactive and event-driven applications
- Contribute to AI-enabled engineering workflows
- Ensure operational reliability across the SDLC platform
- Develop observability, metrics, and dashboards
- 5+ years in software development, strong in Java or Scala
- Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD systems
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Understanding of security and auditability
- Effective communication with technical users
