Your role
As a Production Laborer you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Blocs quality standards. On a daily basis you will:
- Inspect concrete products (quality shape color consistency)
- Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
- Sort package wrap and prepare products for shipping
- Transport raw materials and finished products manually or using equipment
- Assist machine operators with daily tasks
- Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity teamwork hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting standing and walking required.
