Analytics Lead for E-Commerce Growth

Lead the E-Commerce analytics function with a focus on conversion and media measurement. Drive actionable insights, demand forecasting, and experimentation strategies in a results-driven culture. This leadership role necessitates an analytical expert to evolve E-Commerce analytics initiatives. You'll be tasked with optimizing paid and owned channels, maximizing revenue through informed advertising investments, and enhancing the customer experience. Collaboration with various teams to support cross-functional initiatives is crucial, ensuring a unified approach to analytics. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee analytics roadmaps for channel efficiency
Drive experimentation to innovate analytics approaches
Collaborate with team leads to enhance data accuracy
Create reporting tools for day-to-day team operations
Analyze data-driven strategies for media investments

Requirements:

Degree in mathematics or related analytical field
At least 5 years’ analytics experience
Strong grasp of E-Commerce and attribution KPIs
Skilled in data visualization tools, ideally PowerBI
Proficient with web analytics platforms
