CAPSA believes everyone deserves access to evidence-based, stigma-free Substance Use Health information and supports. We're a national non-profit organization driving systems change through innovative training, research, implementation science, and knowledge translation. We're looking for a passionate leader to join our growing team!

As our Manager, Learning & Knowledge Translation, you'll do more than deliver training, you'll help shape how organizations across Canada think about healthcare, workplace health, leadership and system transformation.

What You'll Do

· Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (virtual, in-person, and hybrid)

· Lead and contribute to applied research projects that influence practice and policy

· Transform research into practical tools, resources, and training that create meaningful impact

· Collaborate with healthcare organizations, employers, governments, and community partners across Canada

· Represent CAPSA at conferences, events, and national initiatives
