Senior Manager Counterparty Risk Analysis Ontario

Take charge of counterparty risk analysis as a Senior Manager in Ontario, Canada. Lead a dedicated team while providing critical oversight and insights into credit risks within the organization. This Senior Manager position is dedicated to managing counterparty credit risk in Toronto. You will engage in detailed analyses of correlation risks and their qualitative dimensions while overseeing exposure from OTC derivatives. Additionally, you will mentor a team of two and work closely with various organizational units to enhance CCR reporting and strategic insights into emerging risks. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive analysis of counterparty credit risks
- Provide risk mitigation insights and monitoring
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships across departments
- Lead direct reports through coaching and performance reviews
- Manage ongoing regulatory reporting and compliance
- 5-10 years in credit or market risk management
- Proficient in deriving insights from credit risk metrics
- Experience in leading teams in complex settings
- Expertise in tools like Power BI, Python, SQL, Unix
- Degree in a relevant business field
